The PJ team have done a great job of LabFTP 3.2, especially this: "If you quit LabFTP, or turn off your computer, or pull the plug – or even if our server goes down – just double click on the order in the Order History window and the upload will resume!" Click here for help with the new version (we'll cover the Print Ordering function in a day or two). Cheers, Ian To View More >>

This post has been superseded by new Photojunction functionality. PJ Remix's Order Wizard saves "Bundles" (folders) of files to your hard disk ready for you to upload them to your album supplier and/or lab. But Remix itself doesn't do the upload. Queensberry does that with LabFTP. Somethimes confusion arises around two points: 1. Occasionally users think they're done once they've run through the Order Wizard. Not so. All you've done is email us to expect an order. You still need to upload the files. 2. Occasionally a photographer will open the bundle, take out what (s)he thinks we need and uploaded To View More >>

This post is now superseded by new Photojunction functionality. If you're uploading your Queensberry album orders using LabFTP, we've just released version 3, with added functionality for ordering prints from QBY online. We're very excited about the online print ordering function – but it's restricted for now to New Zealand clients, so let me talk first about how it impacts on albums. LabFTP 3 integrates more closely with PJ Remix. For example you're no longer asked to provide information that you've already entered in PJ. It also shares Remix's look and feel. Version 3 is no longer a beta, To View More >>

Remix Final 1.30 is the combination of six months hard work, four beta releases and invaluable feedback from our loyal community... It's the most comprehensive, intuitive and effective version of Photojunction Remix we’ ve ever released. We hope you’ ll think so too. But first up, here's a quick review of the major features first released in the beta releases since 1.25. Remix beta 1.26: A feature packed release which included text functionality , importing PSD ’ s as templates and images, and proof sheets . Remix beta 1.27: The game changer - new interface, managed workflow and built To View More >>

The industrious PJ developers have certainly been busy. They've just posted another new beta that builds on the last release, v1.26. Put them together and we have a transformation. Ever since we first released Remix we've been asked to simplify and streamline the workflow, and we believe we've done that here. As you can see from the screen shot, album set-up has been transformed - reduced to a single screen that can gather up all the information an album vendor needs to make your album (click on the images to see them full-size). This particular screen shot is to order a Queensberry, but the options To View More >>

Continuing our tour of the major new features in the latest beta, check out this movie on Queensberry Connects about the FTP functionality we've built into v1.26b. We've added an upload function to the Order Wizard so you no longer need LabFTP. It's automatic, so you don't need to think about it – Remix just uploads everything the supplier needs. Even our resident geeks like not having to think for themselves. Occasionally. Cheers, Ian PS The Order Wizard only works with participating album suppliers - we're happy to talk to yours! Well, we made Photojunction free ... now what? After yesterday's new final we're finalising the development schedule for the next few months. It's always been our goal to make Photojunction the software of choice for wedding and portrait photographers, and we really appreciate the support we get from the thousands of photographers who use it. But we do also recognise that there are four areas where people struggle, or where we can see strong opportunities for improvement. 1, While most people fly through the set up procedure, some people struggle. Maybe it doesn't work as they expect, and therefore To View More >>
