It's nearly the holiday season again, so what better way to celebrate than with a wedding held on the 1st of January this year with a little bit of that christmas feeling! Yukiko and Alex were married at The Church of the Ascension in Burghclere, Hampshire, England, and photographed by Ryan Browne. The reception was held at Highclere Castle which is the set of the ITV drama Downton Abbey and is an amazing setting for a wedding. Ryan says "It was a winter wedding, and with the ceremony quite late on in the day Yukiko and Alex chose to have their portraits shot before the Church ceremony. There is To View More >>

Carla and Tim got married on the 4th of June 2011 at Whirlowbrook Hall. Here's what Carla said about her photographer. "Steve Gerrard was one of our first wedding bookings. His style of photography is artistically modern with more than a hint of super-cool. Because you’re around your photographer a lot, it’s really important to get someone who is on your wavelength & Steve was very much that. Through Steve’s pictures, I could kind of get an idea how our wedding was going to be portrayed and what our album was going to end up like which was really exciting." They are a very cool couple To View More >>

We couldn't resist sharing this beautiful album! With photography by Nick Unwin, it shows a few hours in the carefree world of an 8 month old foal, Tallulah and her mum Bunty at their home in Wark, Northumberland in the UK. Tallulah's owner Jude Isbister, also owns several other horses that feature in the album as well. Here are a few layouts of the 14x10H Digital album with Iron Contemporary Leather cover. Click here to see more of Nick Unwin's work. PS - Nick also made a beautiful movie of the album, you can check it out here. You'll find another post for horse lovers here. To View More >>

Marie-Caroline Motel & Seanoa Isaac were married at Burnside Church with a reception at Brackenridge Estate in Martinborough, New Zealand. Their photographer Sharisse Eberlein tells us that Marie is French and Seanoa is a Kiwi. They met in Egypt while Seanoa was working as a bodyguard. Apparently there is more to the story but it’s all very secret and romantic! Seanoa is the brother of Tavita, whose album we featured last year. Their album is a Duo 14x10H album with Contemporary Leather cover in blueberry. Here are a few layouts. To see more of Sharisse's work click here. Enjoy! Anna To View More >>

This impeccably shot and designed album nearly got away from us. We didn't photograph it before we shipped it, and we were too late contacting the studio before they sent it to their clients! But it's too beautiful not to show you as much as we can, which fortunately includes a slide show of the album. We love its natural, restrained good taste – professional wedding photography at its best, and typical of the consistently good work Geoff White sends us. Liz and Adam choose Meadowood, St. Helena, in California's wine country as the location for their destination wedding on May 19th last year. To View More >>

Three points! 1. Investigate and determine your clients needs, limitations, and dreams. 2. Establish design objectives. 3. Exceed your clients' expectations. We set the parameters of size, style, and content from discussions with our client prior to the wedding. Having a series of questions to answer on a sheet means you get the information you need. Album type, size, and budget are the first questions. Then how many albums and what these would do. We gauge their response to our sample albums and ask questions about what might be important. We define the style by giving them a key description and To View More >>

I have to say this. That leather is beautiful. Well I certainly think so. It's is part of our new contemporary range, specially made for us. Heather and I were lucky enough to visit the tannery in Europe last month and we were very impressed. So much individual attention to every hide, from the initial inspection and grading (by four very serious men) through to the final finishing processes and packaging. Not to mention their environmental commitment, and even the way they engaged personally with us. We visited our paper suppliers too. Same story. Great people, great product, high standards. Meet Dave and Alianor, a tattoo artist from Atlanta, and a Catholic girl from Michigan. Tim Will shot their wedding in Atlanta last year. I could tell you about how the bridal party smoked and drank heavily before the ceremony, or that they carried guns with their names inscribed on the handles, or that the bride married in black. But I won't. Tim's images can do the talking... Instead, I'd rather highlight this album as a great example of how an anything-but-traditional wedding can fit so beautifully into a Queensberry. We're proud that our albums are so flexible and diverse. And that our album To View More >>
