Hi, it's Stephen here. For a few weeks now we’ve been in deep discussions about how to navigate the current COVID crisis and, more importantly, support the industry we love so much. So it seems a little ironic that, as part of those discussions, today we’re releasing a book called “Love’s Not Enough”. Ironic because we do  love  our industry, we believe love  drives  our industry, and yet … love's not enough. We believe successful wedding and portrait photographers need to love two things — taking photos and making sales! So we love to see our clients running promotions, and we like to help with them if we can. You can run successful promos for any number of reasons, for example a  Winter Sale, an offer to past clients or to book new ones. Or to promote a good cause, your new products, or your new website. The point is they're YOUR promotions. We're just here to help if we can, generally with 15% additional discount on all Queensberry To View More >>

Today’s the day! We’re ready to launch Workspace’s new Print Shop feature.  Conscious of the struggles that photographers and artists face — including our own customers — It’s been a dream of ours for a long time now to build an eCommerce solution for creatives who want to sell their work as decor and works of art online. Sure, there are plenty of eCommerce solutions out there, but while they’re good, as far as they go, they don’t fix specific problems that many photographers and artists face… Do these sound familiar? • Big platforms To View More >>

Selling albums online is now common, and for very good reason. If you’re shooting destination or out-of-town weddings, chances are you’ll never see clients except on the big day. Even people who live on the other side of the city can face a big commute every time they come to see you. This becomes more of an issue the more successful you are, as people will be booking you as a result of referrals and your reputation—not because you’re handy and don’t charge too much! But selling online can be more difficult than in the studio. First, it’s harder to get people To View More >>

Congratulations to the winners of the 2018 International Wedding Photographer of the Year awards. The competition was a great success with more than double the entries of 2017, and over sixty countries represented. The overall winner was Australian Dan O’Day, but of course closest to our hearts was the album category, sponsored by Queensberry, which was taken out by a beautiful entry from Latvian photographer Linda Lauva. It tells the story of a small and very charming DIY wedding on the bride and groom's land, by the river, deep in the Latvian countryside. You can see To View More >>

Categories are a great way to divide images in a Gallery into separate sub-groups. For a wedding, for example, you might have categories called Getting Ready, Ceremony, Reception and so on. That means your clients can jump to the Ceremony images, for example, without having to scroll through hundreds of other photos. You can now upload directly into Categories using the Workspace uploader. Here’s how to create a new Category, and upload directly into a Category using the Workspace uploader. 1. There are 10,000,002 ways to create a Queensberry … approximately … but who's counting?! We’re proud of our huge range of materials, colours, cover styles, page types, paper stocks, and embossing and print options. With them you can create something truly unique. But with lots of choice come lots of decisions. It can be like ordering at a fabulous restaurant with a 10-page menu, wishing you could have it all. So we thought we’d use our new sample album to demonstrate how to  simplify your design choices  and create unique "looks" that complement To View More >>
