We caught up with Michael Segal at WPPI in Las Vegas and he said he had the perfect album for us to share on The Queensberry blog. Guns N’ Roses drummer, Matt Sorum and singer/dancer Ace Harper exchanged vows at the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs, California. Beautiful photographs alongside a timeless album design - this 14x10 horizontal Duo is flawless! A Translucent title page adds that extra magic to any Queensberry Album. Ace is stunning in her Monique Lhuillier dress. Duo's are our signature product. Throughout this album, there are a combination of Matted and Flushmount To View More >>

Yesterday we introduced you to our Good Better Best product matrix, designed to help you navigate our products and services. We designed our new price lists, which you can download here, to match. Maybe the best thing about them is that they're SIMPLE. The prices for each range of products fit comfortably on a single page. No jokes, please, but that’s a step forward! How did we do that? More than 95% of you now order our albums and books in Photojunction, printed and fully assembled, so that's what the price list assumes you're doing. If you're interested in DIY, contact us and we'll send you To View More >>

Sometimes when I'm on the phone with clients, we start talking about different album companies. Typically, we gush about how gorgeous Queensberry albums are. Occasionally, on the other end is someone who has never actually seen a Queensberry book. I still gush. They question it. After all, I work for the company – of course I say it's best? Here's the thing, I tend to only want to work for companies I can stand by. While I've had a few bumps along To View More >>

Who's hosting your website? Where do your images live online? Who's handling your sales? Doing your printing? Collecting the cash? Who’s designing your books and albums? How do your proof them online? Who makes them for you? How do you get your stuff out on Facebook and your blog? How many vendors are involved? How well do they work together? How much of your time does it take? And how much does it all cost? Maybe it’s all so hard you’re just giving people the “Crown Jewels” on DVD?! In 2000, when we started doing business in North America, our representative lived in Edmonton, Canada, and our very first clients lived in Houston, Texas, and Sacramento, California. No way could Darlene drop by! It’s a good illustration of our most interesting challenge as an international supplier: getting our products into new clients’ hands for them to touch and feel, no matter where they live. Getting started is an act of faith on your part, and an act of commitment on ours. “You take the first step and we’ll go the extra mile.” It gets even more interesting when the product is To View More >>
