If you’re still using Photojunction Retro, an updated set of album resources has been released to reflect Queensberry’s new season range. These include new album formats and cover materials, and updated personalised title and cover options. You’ll need to download these resources so you can order the new products – and also to ensure that the orders you send us are accurate, complete and comply with our requirements. If you haven't done so already, now may be the time to upgrade to PJ Remix. Then you won’t have to worry about updating your resources as Remix does it automatically (provided To View More >>

Well, we made Photojunction free ... now what? After yesterday's new final we're finalising the development schedule for the next few months. It's always been our goal to make Photojunction the software of choice for wedding and portrait photographers, and we really appreciate the support we get from the thousands of photographers who use it. But we do also recognise that there are four areas where people struggle, or where we can see strong opportunities for improvement. 1, While most people fly through the set up procedure, some people struggle. Maybe it doesn't work as they expect, and therefore To View More >>

Sorry this is a bit long... You’ll recall that in mid-February we surveyed PJ users asking how close Remix was to final release. We had a lot of responses, and some of you went to a lot of trouble over your replies – thank you. So, how did we go? And what progress have we made since then? We asked, “How likely is it that you would recommend Photojunction to friends or colleagues?” 40% of regular users gave us a score of 9/10 or 10/10. For pre-release beta software we felt that was pretty good. Click here to read some of the compliments we got. But still, a quarter of people were negative To View More >>

My first reaction when asked to write a post was No Way! I'm a support person. Luckily I got time to think about it. How hard can it be? Danny and Ian B blog all the time with, umm, flair and finesse. But since Focus they've been hard to live with because, like the Conchords, they have a fan (one). I wanna be a star too, but my job description calls for "calm and methodical". When did that make you a star? But calm and methodical is a good way to approach Photojunction Remix, especially in the beta phase. Especially if you’re an ‘I hate computers’ or ‘I’m not technical’ type. Some of To View More >>

PJ Remix is about two things. First, delivering a great user experience is life or death. We’re Ubergeeks. We want – no we need – to be cool. So our mothers and girlfriends will respect us, and so you do too. Second, we want to help you do business in the real world, without hassles. How boring is that? And how hard a point to get across! Sometimes we think it has all the sales appeal of day-old fish. So when we came upon this story recently we jumped on it because it's so CLEAR. Once upon a time a photographer designed some matted albums in InDesign because they didn’t like Photojunction. To View More >>

We've been reviewing your recent feedback, and we certainly need to say thanks. Besides the inevitable fixes, there have been some very thoughtful suggestions. We apologise for not replying personally to everyone, but if you've written it, we've read it. TBH we could spend a lot of time on the net right now, and get a lot less done. Please understand we're knocking things off as far as we can. If you've made a suggestion you'd like to get a wider airing, please do leave a post on our forum. A good point made on the forum is that the first thing some people may want to do is open their Retro client To View More >>
