Hi Everyone, This is a quick message to let you know that New Zealand will be moving from Alert Level 4 to Alert Level 3 on Tuesday 28th April, which means we will be able to reopen production at that time, with strict guidelines to keep our staff safe. Thank you everyone for your patience over the lockdown, and special thanks to those who followed our advice and continued to send their orders in. You — and those whose work we couldn’t deliver before lockdown started — will be at the head of the line on the 28th. And if you do have orders to send, please do so as soon as you To View More >>

We believe successful wedding and portrait photographers need to love two things — taking photos and making sales! So we love to see our clients running promotions, and we like to help with them if we can. You can run successful promos for any number of reasons, for example a Winter Sale, an offer to past clients or to book new ones. Or to promote a good cause, your new products, or your new website. The point is they're YOUR promotions. We're just here to help if we can, generally with 15% additional discount on all Queensberry To View More >>

The four-week New Zealand COVID-19 shut-down starts 26 March. And since announcing that Queensberry's production will be on hold for the duration we’ve had lots of people asking whether Print Shop will be available. It's obviously unfortunate timing, but the short answer is yes. However, order deliveries will be delayed. Print Shop functionality will remain active in Workspace, and we encourage you to continue setting up — not just Print Shop but also, if you haven't done so yet, your standard Image Gallery shopping carts. Following the opening of The Papatuanuku Series we spoke to Tessa Williams from Moemoea Collective about the idea behind the work, and the launch itself. "Man, it really was just the most incredible evening! The atmosphere was on fire, with everyone who attended blown away, not only by the photos but the launch itself. I knew that the majority of the 150 who attended had never had the pleasure of going to an art launch, so I did everything I could to ensure they had the same experience as a regular gallery-goer, in the hopes to start them on their own art journey." "Young working families are usually To View More >>

The lead up to the holidays can be a very lucrative time for photographers, but it can also put pressure on getting product orders in on time, so your clients can have them for the holidays. One way to be very prepared is to bulk order Slip-in Mats and Studio Boxes. In Pearl or Carbon Buckram, these Boxes sell themselves. You can personalise them with your own logo on the lid. Branding products like this turns them into your silent salesmen when your clients take them home. Any unsold boxes or mats can carefully be tucked away for your next print reveal. The festive season is a great time to promote yourself and let your clients know how much you appreciate them. There's no doubt that photographs make fabulous personal gifts, especially in a nice mat, frame or canvas. Personal touches, and adding value to packages, are good ways to have an impact without breaking the bank. 1. Give something away! Everyone loves a freebie. This could be a loose or matted print, or even a Canvas. These items have relatively short turn-around times, so as long as you hold the giveaway far enough in advance, they will have them by Christmas To View More >>
