Hi, it's Stephen here. For a few weeks now we’ve been in deep discussions about how to navigate the current COVID crisis and, more importantly, support the industry we love so much. So it seems a little ironic that, as part of those discussions, today we’re releasing a book called “Love’s Not Enough”. Ironic because we do love our industry, we believe love drives our industry, and yet … love's not enough. We believe successful wedding and portrait photographers need to love two things — taking photos and making sales! So we love to see our clients running promotions, and we like to help with them if we can. You can run successful promos for any number of reasons, for example a Winter Sale, an offer to past clients or to book new ones. Or to promote a good cause, your new products, or your new website. The point is they're YOUR promotions. We're just here to help if we can, generally with 15% additional discount on all Queensberry To View More >>

You’ve twisted our arm — again — so we’re making Print Shop available on all our Workspace plans, including Lifetime. The point some of you made is a good one. On Lifetime and Basic Queensberry supplies the product — you’re making a profit on the printing and products, so do us a deal ;-) So here it is — the only difference between our three Workspace plans now is the data limit, and that you’ll need Pro to self-fulfill (offer products not sourced from Queensberry). Follow the link to check out Workspace and Print Shop. For a one off payment To View More >>

We’ve been thinking a lot about how we can help our community get through everything going on in the world right now. So how can we help you navigate the storm? We’re asking you for input because we don’t know how things are for you personally. Yes we have our own ideas, but please send us an email so we can talk about yours. For now, please scroll down for details of a shared promotion offer, plus a discount on Workspace plans to get you into Print Shop at bargain rates. We’re not giants of the industry To View More >>

The four-week New Zealand COVID-19 shut-down starts 26 March. And since announcing that Queensberry's production will be on hold for the duration we’ve had lots of people asking whether Print Shop will be available. It's obviously unfortunate timing, but the short answer is yes. However, order deliveries will be delayed. Print Shop functionality will remain active in Workspace, and we encourage you to continue setting up — not just Print Shop but also, if you haven't done so yet, your standard Image Gallery shopping carts. Today’s the day! We’re ready to launch Workspace’s new Print Shop feature. Conscious of the struggles that photographers and artists face — including our own customers — It’s been a dream of ours for a long time now to build an eCommerce solution for creatives who want to sell their work as decor and works of art online. Sure, there are plenty of eCommerce solutions out there, but while they’re good, as far as they go, they don’t fix specific problems that many photographers and artists face… Do these sound familiar? • Big platforms To View More >>

Our Loose Print Boxes have had a bit of a makeover and we’re excited to announce a bunch of lovely new options so you can deliver your clients’ prints in a personalised handmade print box. And they’re fast and affordably priced! We’ve introduced the same personalisation options as we offer in our Studio Boxes (for matted prints), such as bow closures and USB inserts, and you’ll be able to add a blind- or foil-embossing of your studio logo, your clients’ names, or something unique like a text quote or a graphic, to every box you order. Selling albums online is now common, and for very good reason. If you’re shooting destination or out-of-town weddings, chances are you’ll never see clients except on the big day. Even people who live on the other side of the city can face a big commute every time they come to see you. This becomes more of an issue the more successful you are, as people will be booking you as a result of referrals and your reputation—not because you’re handy and don’t charge too much! But selling online can be more difficult than in the studio. First, it’s harder to get people To View More >>

New square frames! After feedback on our Facebook group, Queensberry Insider, we realised we needed more square sizes in our range. They're a great idea for multi-aperture displays, as in the graphic, and also in frame groupings. We've launched three new sizes to fill the gaps: 16x16, 20x20 and 24x24. The new sizes offer all our options — matted, un-matted, floating (torn-edge) and mounted canvas. You can order frame corners here or order a completed sample frame here. We offer 25% sample discount on frames, and regular customers can earn Tier Discount on their To View More >>
